Organising your work space?

I had a really good question this week: "How do you organise your work space?"

What are some of the most common issues that go 'wrong' in a webinar or virtual classroom session?

I have things like:
- People can't login
- People can't hear

Use of names - how important is it?

I'm on a webinar/webcast and the host asked my question from chat by saying "someone has asked xxx" and then added with my comment "and someone has said xxx". Great that they asked my question at an appropriate point.

However, they didn't use my name
