I'm sure this community won't be surprised by the findings of this recent research, reported in I/O At Work 

Where it may be useful is when discussing and scoping out a virtual programme with stakeholders and clients.

For example, I'll be sending it to a client who wants to have 3 x 90 min sessions in a day. In pre-Covid times, this would've worked - just. But in these virtual times it's a different and IMHO, a bigger ask of both participants and facilitator.
