Zoom link opening in browser, not app

Hi!

 

We have some participants who have the app; however, when they click on the join link, it automatically opens in the browser. Any ideas why this happens and how I can fix it?

The issue is that there are fewer amenities using the browser. Participants using the browser are unable to see PDFs in chat.

 

ANY help would be greatly appreciated!

  • At the risk of being basic, has everyone with the Zoom app updated it? Seems that Zoom doesn't push out updates; I've found they require users to check for updates from time to time
