Virtual classroom and hybrid learning research report from Lightbulb Moment and PeopleStar

I'm very excited to tell you that we are launching a research report!

We teamed up with research and behavioural expert Jane Daly at PeopleStar to find out more from learners and L&D professionals about their virtual and hybrid learning experiences.

Our infographic highlights some of our findings, including:

56% of people prefer to learn in small virtual classrooms, with up to just 10 participants... but that's often not what organisations are delivering.

33% of organisations are guided by best practice principles... but none of the professionals in our research said that their performance was measured against best practice.

Only 6% of organisations have an evidence-based approach.

Dear Jo,
What an interesting piece of work, thank you so much for doing this and sharing your results.
There are some wonderfully insightful pieces here. I especially took heart at what people reflected that they thought worked with virtual delivery and I shall endeavour to make the most of that in my sessions.
