Using MS Teams as platform for delivery of training and learning

Hi, we are using MS Teams as the platform for delivering IT training to users of up to 8 at a time. Does anyone have advice on what Apps are good to use as there seems to be a wealth and it's easy to get lost down the rabbit hole so to speak once you start looking!
