HI...
Is there a way to find a missing recording? The recording wasn't deleted, yet it's not in my recordings tab, or the past month's deletions, and if I go to the On Demand link, I'm told the recording no longer exists.
I have no idea where it could have went; is there a way I can check into this?

Hi Shanna, wow, interesting one. I've not come across this problem before so I'm not sure. Are the other admins on your account you can ask? Can you speak to your tech contact or log a ticket about it? In the past with other recording problems I've found Adobe have been able to fix them, so I hope they might be able to with this for you.
