MicroSoft Teams hand up function not working for me

Hello everyone,

My MicroSoft Teams meetings, when I click the hand up function, a warning tells me that this isn't working.

Also, I see my Teams controls at the bottom of my screen and other people tell me that I should be clicking icons at the top right. Does anyone have any insight on this please?

    Hi Bettie, good question. I've had this problem too! 

    This website tells you how to fix it. Basically you are clearing the memory of Teams for settings. If you've never followed instructions like them before it can look a bit weird and techy, but it's easy. 

    I found that this hand up fix also put my icons in the top right corner too.
