Here's a great 'top tips' article from Clive Shepherd.

He suggests thinking about what makes a successful radio programme and applying your findings in your virtual classroom.
It's easy to forget sometimes that your voice, and how you use it, can be the difference between a good session and a GREAT one.
What have you done to improve the audio element of your virtual sessions? What have you experienced others doing to create interest and variety?

What a wonderful article to share, thank you so much.
I've been told in the past that I am softly spoken. I like this for various uses in my vILT as it is calming and not at all intrusive. Though I do agree that other times I need to channel some of the more lively radio disc jockeys I hear and bring enthusiasm to my delivery. I hear others doing this in their vILTs and it makes such a difference.
Many thanks,
Bettie
