Good vibrations? Why we hate how we sound

I was honoured to be on the GoodPractice live podcast after the CIPD show this year.

Listening back to myself on the recording I commented on Twitter about not enjoying listening to myself.

    Sorry to say it doesn't. Still don't believe the recorded voice belongs to me. But now I know that is how I sound to others I don't think I will utter another word! :)
