Hi Shanna, that's annoying! In this thread a few people have said since the update from Connect they've been having problems.Â
Probably Adobe have had server issues and this is what's causing it.Â
Have you contacted your Adobe rep to ask them about it? It might be your IT team or purchaser that has those contact details if it isn't you.Â
