Hi

Im an experienced Adobe producer, during past 8 weeks or so, in multiple sessions, random PowerPoint slide decks suddenly revert back to slide one? Has anyone else experienced this? Causing huge issue now in our sessions.  Adobe unable to provide a solution.

    Hi Jude,

    does this happen in standard or in classic view? I've seen this on a few very rare occasions in standard view but not since they updated AC to version 11.2. Which version are you on?

    I haven't tested this myself, but this was the suggested workaround at my organization. Seems a little clunky, but if it works ...

    • Open the meeting in classic view and upload the Presentation in the share pod
    • Switch the meeting back to Standard view
    • The slide deck should no longer reset to the beginning
